IRIS works to strengthen narrative strategy and storytelling within the labor rights ecosystem in an effort to accelerate progress toward worker-identified priorities and goals. In pursuit of this, we propose a new, dynamic network of narrative and story-for-impact resources, curriculum, knowledge exchange and accompanying expertise to support workers and pro-worker stakeholders seeking to transform the systems that maintain and promote inequality. To do this, IRIS focuses on three main elements.
